At Protech, we engineer our sleeves to meet the highest standards of tournament play. Because our products are consumable gaming accessories, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of every pack we sell.

All Sales Are Final Once an order has been placed and processed, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or “buyer’s remorse.” We encourage all players to review their cart and the “Standard Size” specifications before completing a purchase.

The Protech Quality Guarantee While all sales are final, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our gear. If you believe you have received a product that is defective or does not meet the Protech Standard, we want to hear about it.

Manufacturing Defects & Issues We evaluate potential defects on a case-by-case basis. Issues that may qualify for evaluation include:

  • Significant manufacturing defects (e.g., miscut edges or inconsistent sizing).

  • Factory errors in sleeve count (e.g., a pack containing fewer than 100 sleeves).

  • Major shipping damage that has compromised the product’s usability.

How to Request an Evaluation If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. To help us evaluate your situation fairly and quickly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear description of the issue.

  3. High-resolution photos of the defect or the damaged packaging.

Resolution Process Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and photos provided. Because we handle these on a case-by-case basis, resolutions may include a partial refund, a replacement pack, or a store credit, depending on the severity of the issue.

Please note that “split seams” resulting from aggressive shuffling or normal wear-and-tear during play are generally not considered manufacturing defects, though we investigate all claims of premature splitting to ensure our quality control remains at the top of the industry.
