Text messages: Wholesale customers who opt in receive order updates and, if they choose, marketing texts at the mobile number they provide. See section 7.

We share your personal information with service providers to help us provide our services to you, including:
WooCommerce and WordPress: Our e-commerce and site platform.
Shipping Carriers: We share your name and address with carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) to deliver your gear.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. This involves the collection of data such as your IP address and site interactions. Google Search Console: We use this tool to monitor our Site’s performance in search results. This does not track individual user data.
Brevo: Delivers our marketing emails and text messages.
Elastic Email: Delivers order and account emails.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention: When you place an order, we maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and collect data for analytics.
Functional Cookies: Necessary for the WooCommerce cart and checkout process.
Analytics Cookies: Used by Google Analytics to help us track site traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. This data is used only to improve the Protech shopping experience.
Managing Cookies: You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site, such as maintaining your shopping cart.
7. Text Messages (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (the date, time, and the wording you agreed to). We use them only to send the texts you asked for: order updates, and marketing texts if you opted in to those separately.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also change your text preferences at any time under My Account > Notifications.
